1. Why do I see an error report when logging in service by FireFox?
SeANet Online Banking recently supports Internet Explorer but not Firefox; consequently you can only access SeANet Online Banking through Internet Explorer.

3. How long does it take to use this service after registering?
Within a day after getting your service registration, our technical officers will activate service for you. As soon as service is activated, you will receive a notice by SMS or email of your user name and password to enter SeANet Online Banking Banking.
For secure reason, content of active SMS sent to your mobile phone not showing your user name but when you log on full user name is required as you are inform when applying at the counter.
4. Is SeANet Online Banking Banking safe?
SeANet Online Banking Banking is set up based on optimal security process along with the most advanced technology and equipment from the top security solution providers in the world, such as: Encoded Line system SSL-128bit; using confirmed password two parts by Token key; SMS notice error login. If you follow full of Information Security Rules, you are ensure to use SeANet Online Banking to enquire statement and transfer money.
5. What is Token key and how does it function?
Token key is equipment which generates code randomly after a period of time (about 30s). These codes are One-Time-Password (OTP) and must be comprehensive with Server of SeABank. The code generated by Token combines with PIN number (that customers keep in mind) to make full password to log on the service.
6. What would I do if token key was lost?
If Token key was lost, you should advise for us immediately by Telephone or going to SeABank’s Branches. We will prevent at once to reduce risk. The Token key reissuing procedure is instructed in details to you by our Tellers.
7. Should I change my Password regularly? And how can I change it?
You should change password periodically or anytime you suspend your password being out. You use menu “User profile - Change PIN Password” in service menu when you want to change password.
8. What should I do if I forget my password?
You just go to SeABank branches to require our teller to reset.
9. Transferring money through SeANet Online Banking is faster than dealing at the counter, right?
Absolutely right. Transaction will automatically be processed direct to Payment center of SeABank. Therefore remittance speed is faster than traditional transfer at counter. Speed can be immediate if transfer is done between two accounts in SeABank.
10. What is transfer limit?
Transfer limit is a limit amount you can transfer in one day, in order to ensure strict principle of information security. When registering a Transfer limit (high or low level up to your demand), you can make many transactions during the day on condition that total value doesn’t exceed the limit.
11. How can I know a transaction is completed or not?
When your transaction is finished, system will generates a notice “Completed transaction” accompanied with a transaction number or you can check your account statement later. If you register SMS banking service, you’ll get a report.
For money transfer out of SeABank system, your account is debited but beneficiary’s account has not been credited yet because beneficiary’s bank may has not authorised to credit for their account.
12. How do SeANet Online Banking’s funds transfer cost?
Using this service, funds transfer fees may be discounted up to 50% of the same transaction at SeABank counter, depend on promotion period.
13. Can I transfer money to overseas country?
Due to recent strict rules of overseas transfer money of Vietnam, SeABank have not yet provided this service.
14. Can I access SeANet Online Banking when I am on business trip overseas?
SeANet Online Banking is world wide network online; with only a computer connected to Internet you can use SeANet Online Banking everywhere.
