Gas Corporation (PV Gas) is a sole-member
limited company under the ownership of Vietnam Oil and Gas Group (PVN). PV
GAS specializes in gathering, transporting, processing, storing,
distributing and trading of gas products nationwide.
In August, 2007, SeABank welcomed its first domestic strategic shareholder – VMS Mobifone, an enterprise which was ranked top 20 among the 200 biggest enterprises in Vietnam.
In August, 2008 Société Générale - one of the leading retail banks in Europe officially became foreign strategic shareholder of SeAbank, at the moment Société Générale owning 20% of chartered capital of SeABank so far. Société Générale shall support SeAbank to enhance competition capability, develop relations and become the reference bank in Vietnam. Association with SeABank is the first investment in retail banking activities of Société Générale in Asia region.
