Currently, SeABank provides customers with a Query Service Package and a Full Service Package. In which: 

- Query service package allows all customers to use all utilities to perform online information queries on SeANet/SeAMobile Biz; 

- The Full Service Package allows Institutional Customers who are Residents to use all the facilities of the SeANet/SeAMobile Biz Service, including Payroll Feature Group, Payment Credit Group, Full Feature Group.
