SeABank launches third outlet in Hải Dương
On Dec. 21st 12/09, SeABank officially launched a new outlet in Hải Dương called SeABank Hải Tân (at N0. 677 Lê Thanh Nghị Avenue, Hải Tân Transaction Office, Hải Dương City). Together with SeABank Hải Dương (at 136A Thông Nhất, Hải Dương City) và SeABank Nguyễn Lương Bằng (số 93C Nguyễn Lương Bằng, Tp.Hải Dương), this is SeABank’s third outlet in Hải Dương province. Following the launching of a new outlet in Hải Dương, in late December 2009, SeABank Bắc Ninh Branch willl also move from 99 Phố Mới, Đồng Nguyên Ward, Từ Sơn Town, Bắc Ninh to a new address at 202 Trần Phú, Đông Ngàn Ward, Từ Sơn Town, Bắc Ninh.

SeABank accompanies with fishermen in Paracel and Spratly Islands
In response to the appeal raised by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (VGCL) to help coastal fishermen who lost boats, fishing- nets when fishing in the Paracel and Spratly islands settle and re-build fishing tools, the Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank – SeABank has donated VND 30 million to the program named “Fishing-nets For Fishermen in Paracel and Spratly Islands”.

May 2011: Launching of SeABank’s 15 new outlets
Pursuant to the bank’s network development plan to better meet customers’ demand and upon approval of the State Bank of Vietnam, in May 2011 SeABank has introduced, moved and put into operations 15 new transaction points. In other words, SeABank has one more new transaction point or location every two days in May, making a total of 121 transaction points nationwide.

SeABank wins ASEAN Typical Enterprise 2012 award
The Southeast Asia Joint Stock Commercial Bank – SeABank has just honorably been voted and granted the international “ASEAN Typical Enterprise 2012”prize, which is jointly conducted by the Ministry of Information, Culture and Tourism - Lao PDR, Ministry of Industry and Commerce – Lao PDR, Vietnam Ministry of Planning and Investment, Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam – Cambodia Friendship Association, Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises; Vietnam Cooperative Alliance. SeABank is among 29 Vietnamese enterprises honored with this award.
