Accordingly, SeABank refund 30% payment value of e-commerce transaction when paying by the bank's international cards. The maximum refund is VND 300,000/card. The program is applied to all SeABank's international card (including main owner and sub-owner) only in December 01st, 2017.

The biggest online shopping day - Online Friday was launched across the country by the Government and Ministry of Industry and Commerce as an annual event. This is private event for Vietnamese people that give them chance to shopping online with the super cheap price.
