Pursuant to Circular No. 17/2024/TT-NHNN and Circular No. 18/2024/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam regulating banking card operations and transactions, customers will not be able to perform transactions if they have not completed BIOMETRIC AUTHENTICATION or if their identification documents have expired.

The Asian Banker - top Asian financial - banking magazine announced list of strongest banks of Asia - Pacific. Accordingly, SeABank is rated as Top 15 strongest bank of Vietnam and Top 500 strongest bank of Asia - Pacific.
The anouncement based on the annual research of financial and business situation of Asia - Pacific banks of The Asian Banker, showing the positive perspective of banking sector in Vietnam. The Asian Banker's criterium based on asset scale to list top 500 banks and rate these banks (AB500Rank) based on profit capacity of the bank (Strength Rank) or the strongest bank of the region. 15 banks represents Vietnam include SeABank, Vietcombank, BIDV, VietinBank…
