- Eligibility Criteria for Redemption

To qualify for this exclusive offer, cardholders must meet the following conditions: 

• The Eligible Card must be successfully linked to the official UrBox mobile application, and 
• The Eligible Cardholder must accumulate a minimum of VND 20,000,000 in international spending on the linked Eligible Card within one (01) calendar month (“Eligible Transactions”). 

International spending refers to transactions conducted outside the territory of Vietnam, made in foreign currencies (excluding VND), and not classified under Visa’s excluded merchant categories, as updated periodically. 

Terms and Conditions: 

Each Fast Track voucher entitles the cardholder to a single-use arrival or departure service for one (01) passenger (aged two years or older) at the International Terminal of one of the following airports: Tan Son Nhat (Ho Chi Minh City), Noi Bai (Hanoi), Da Nang, or Cam Ranh. 

International Arrival Service Includes: 

• The cardholder is identified and welcomed at the end of the jet bridge or designated passenger drop-off point at the terminal entrance. 
• The cardholder is escorted and assisted through arrival procedures. 
• Assistance in baggage claim and luggage handling. 
• Escort to the vehicle pick-up area and hand it to the designated contact. International 

Departure Service Includes: 

• The cardholder is identified and welcomed at the terminal entrance. 
• Assistance through check-in and departure procedures. 
• Escort to the departure lounge or boarding gate area prior to boarding time (applies to international departures only).
