Other Applicable Conditions
- At the time SeABank processes the annual fee refund, customers must meet the following conditions:
- The card must be active (not blocked, temporarily blocked, or closed).
For credit cards: The credit limit must remain valid. - The customer’s debts must be classified as standard debts (debts within due terms or overdue by less than 10 days).
How to Receive the Promotion
- For Visa Corporate Credit Card and SeAMileage Credit Card holders: the annual fee refund will be credited directly to the credit card account.
- For SeABiz Ultra Cash Debit Card holders: the annual fee refund will be credited to the payment account linked to the card.
- SeABank shall determine customer eligibility for the annual fee refund based on transaction posting time and other relevant information recorded in SeABank’s internal systems.
- The annual fee refund will be processed no later than T+3 months, where T is the month in which eligible transactions are recorded.
