SEABANK'S COMPLAINT RESOLUTION PROCEDURE

Dear Shareholders and Customers, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) announces the complaint resolution process at SeABank.

SeABank processes all environmental and social complaints concerning our financed projects through our official Grievance Redress Mechanism here.

For projects financed by SeABank under the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) supported bond framework, if an issue remains unresolved after exhausting our internal review, the AIIB provides the Project-affected People’s Mechanism (PPM) as an independent accountability mechanism.
