SeABank to launch big promotion program for customers who have housing loan and study loan

From 1/11/09, Southeast Asia Bank – SeABank will officially launch its program called big promotion and lending interest rate reduction designed for customers who have loan for house purchase, repair and study purpose. According to that, starting from 1/11 to 31/12/09, customers who borrow to purchase, repair house under SeAHome product will be presented the fire, explosion insurance free of charge for the house and free from penalty for premature repayment by SeABank. Especially, SeABank will reduce its lending interest rate in the first 3 months for all customers who are disbursed in this period. For SeAHome product, as per customer’s financial capacity, maximum loan is up to 70% of the house value, maximum term is up to 180 months with very quick and simple procedure …

Customers as pupils/students to borrow under SeAStudy product will be issued S24+ card free of charge; free from registrations of SeANet online banking service, SMS Banking, Email Banking, 24/7 telephone banking service – SeACall; entitled to money withdrawal free of charge thought ATM card; a reduction of 50% of remittance fee through SeANet in 2009… Additionally, SeABank will also reduce interest rate for pupils/students in need of loan as per learning capacity, size of the university … Using SeAStudy product, customer is entitled to borrow at a maximum of VND 500 million (including tuition fee and living cost), grace period of principal repayment is at a maximum of 24 months and maximum term of loan is 60 months.
