Specifically, individual customers applying for consumption loans such as house buying and repairing, car and furniture  purchasing, etc. under consumption loans backed with collaterals - SeAMore, loans for buying houses - SeAHome, loans for buying cars - SeACar, individual account overdraft - SeAFast will benefit from big priorities such as exemption of premature loan repayment fee and all other credit fees, loan limit of up to 5 billion dong that can meet various consumption demands,  long loan duration, simplified and quick procedures. Typical individual credit products of SeABank:
Car loans – SeACar: customers can receive maximum loan amount accounting for 75% of brand-new cars and 50% of second hand cars, with maximum loan duration up to 60 months and principal repayment grace period in the first 3 months. The minimum amount is 50 million dong, depending on customers’ solvency and collateral value.    
House loans – SeAHome: individual customers can borrow up to 70% of the house value,  with maximum loan duration up to 180 months and principal repayment grace period in the first 12 months. They can use the house to be bought as collateral at the bank and repay every month with fixed amount and interest based on actual outstanding.
Individual overdraft – SeAFast: enables individual customers to overdraw money from their accounts with the amount equivalent to their salary of 3 months and overdraw limit of 50 million dong. Overdraw limit can be granted after 02 working days without any collaterals. Customers can overdraw successively in 6 months and can be regranted with new credit limit if satisfying product requirements. 
Consumer loans with collaterals – SeAMore: customers can borrow from 10 million to 5 billion dong, installment repayment duration up to 10 years and loan amount up to 70% pf collateral value. Customers can use the loan for assorted purposes after completing simple and time saving procedures.
