[ANNOUNCEMENT] SeABank upgrades T24 Core Banking to version R25

1. Upgrade schedule:
•    From 17:00 on August 28, 2026, to 24:00 on August 30, 2026.

2. Affected services and timing:
During the upgrade period, certain services will experience temporary interruptions during the following specific timeframes:
-    For E-banking, Card, ATM/POS, and certain linked services:
•    1st instance: 03:30 – 04:30 on August 29, 2026 (estimated duration: 1 hour);
•    2nd instance: 02:00 – 03:30 on August 30, 2026 (estimated duration: 1 hour 30 minutes).
-    For other services:
•    Temporary interruption from 03:30 on August 29, 2026, until before 06:00 on August 30, 2026.
The above times are estimates and subject to change based on actual progress. SeABank will proactively notify customers of any adjustments.

3. Recommendations for customers:
Customers are advised to complete necessary transactions prior to the aforementioned periods of temporary interruption. SeABank has proactively implemented measures to ensure data security, minimize downtime, and maintain stable system operations.
