Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, stock code: SSB) has been honored by Forbes Magazine and CNBC as “World's Best Banks 2024” and “Best Banks Asia - Pacific 2024”, respectively. This recognized SeABank's efforts in diversifying products and improving service quality, thereby fulfilling demands to the utmost and improving customer experience.
Accordingly, SeABank was honored as "World's Best Bank 2024" in the World's Best Banks ranking by Forbes - the reputable business magazine with more than 100 years of history.
The World’s Best Banks ranking is launched annually by Forbes Magazine to honor banks that have successfully maintained trusts and met the financial needs of customers in the current economic context. To make the list, Forbes collaborates with Statista – a market research company to survey more than 49,000 people from 33 countries about their overall satisfaction with each bank and whether they would recommend the bank to others, along with their ratings on 5 specific criteria: trustworthiness, terms and conditions, customer service, digital services and quality of financial advice.
In 2024, Forbes Magazine honored totally 403 banks worldwide and SeABank was one of 14 Vietnamese banks named in this prestigious ranking. This shows international recognition regarding the quality of products and services as well as positive customer experience at SeABank.
In addition, SeABank was also honored as "Best Banks Asia - Pacific 2024" by CNBC (Consumer News and Business Channel, United States). This is the number one business and financial news TV channel in the U.S., owned by the media empire – NBCUniversal. CNBC attracts regular follow-up and sharing from influential leaders, and those who have voice in the in the financial market.
The result of Best Banks Asia - Pacific 2024 were scored based on ratings of more than 22,000 customers from 14 Asia-Pacific economies, with similar criteria to the Forbes World's Best Banks ranking. SeABank is one of 15 Vietnamese representatives honored in CNBC's 2024 ranking.
