According to this decision, all the bank’s staff who have worked for the bank for at least 01 year from the date of their official employment contract and can fully meet the requirements set for this product will be qualified to get the loan of minimum VND10mil. and the maximum equivalent to 18 months of their salaries (including basic salary, business salary and allowances). The lending period is from 12-48 months. The lending rate is 0.85%/month for the first year , for the second year onwards the interest rate of 12-month tenor saving with 0.11% margin will be applied. SeABank will credit the loan directly to the accounts of the staff or applicants.

In addition, the bank’s staff or staff family can apply for the loan without asset mortgage and have to pay back the bank from their monthly salaries.

The procedure is very simple, requiring only acopy of the identity card/passport of the applicants and an application cum working commitment as per the bank’s form. The application will be appraised and processed within 01 working day.

This is a very helpful policy to support the bank’s staff , whereby they are motivated to devote to the bank. This expresses deep undertanding and thoughtful care from the management to the staff.
