2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders: SeABank finalizes dividend payment of 20.5%, increases capital to VND 34,688 billion.

On April 22, 2026, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) successfully held its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The meeting approved several important items related to the 2025 operating results and the 2026 business plan, focusing on achieving a pre-tax profit target of VND 7,068 billion, electing additional members to the Supervisory Board for the 2023-2028 term, and continuing to promote sustainable growth. In addition, the General Meeting of Shareholders also approved the plan to issue shares to pay dividends at a rate of 20.5% and issue 40 million ESOP shares, increasing the Bank's charter capital to VND 34,688 billion.
