SeABank Vĩnh Phúc officially launched

On April 19th 2010, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) officially launched its new branch in Vĩnh Phúc called SeABank Vĩnh Phúc (No. 125 Ngô Quyền, VĩnhYên City, Vĩnh Phúc Province).
