SeABank Tower Building invested by SeABank and its partners locates on a area of 578.2 square meters, construction density of 60%, of which the floor area is 6,388 square meters with the scale of 18 floors including 3 basements, ground floor, mezzanine, technical floor and 12 floors to be used as offices.

SeABank Tower, which is consulted designed by VietChitecture Corporation ensuring urban aesthetic as well as utilization, is well-equipped with modern, safe equipment meeting requirements of a A-level office building. The building is executed by Uy Nam Investment Construction Joint Stock Company (Unicons). In order to meet the requirements of execution progress, environmental safety – sanitary and construction quality set by the Investor, the Site Steering Committee has been established consisting of experienced engineers, architects along with execution teams who are well-trained about execution solutions, project management especially labor safety and environmental sanitary.

Upon the completion, SeABank Tower shall be utilized as the office of SeABank Representative Office at Ho Chi Minh city, transaction point of the Bank as well as office for lease.
