Following two days of exciting competition, the SeABank Pickleball Championship 2026, organized by Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB), concluded successfully with the participation of 416 athletes, attracting a large number of spectators and sports enthusiasts. Notably, the entire amount raised from the tournament, including contributions from SeABank employees, athletes, and sponsors totaling VND 620 million, has been donated to the SeADreams Scholarship Fund and the SeAGreen Fund. These contributions will support underprivileged students and fund environmental protection initiatives, reinforcing SeABank’s commitment to social responsibility and sustainable development.
Beyond outstanding professional achievements, the tournament also demonstrated the effectiveness of integrating sports with social responsibility, as each competition activity was tied to a specific community goal. This also served as a highlight in the series of events celebrating SeABank’s 32nd anniversary, reflecting the Bank’s sustainable development orientation and its commitment to aligning business growth with social value.
SeABank Pickleball Championship 2026 brought together 416 athlete entries, forming 208 pairs and delivering 297 matches over two consecutive days in Hanoi. Across all categories, many players delivered outstanding performances, creating exciting and highly competitive matches. In the Men’s Doubles 6.4 category, the championship title went to Ha Duy Hieu (Hieu Milo) and Tuan Le. In the Mixed Doubles 5.2 category, victory belonged to Bui Thanh Thanh Hien (Hien Dieu) and Hoang Van Nghia. For the Women’s Doubles 4.6 category, Tran Thi Huong (Sam Sam) and Hoang Hai Yen (Suhy) emerged as the winners. In the Mixed Doubles 7.6 category, Khuat Van Hoang (Khuat Hoang) and Dinh Manh Thang (Thang SR) claimed the championship title with a series of impressive performances. Nguyen Minh Hien and Nguyen Lan Phuong secured the win in the SeABank Connect 5.0 category.

The highlight of the SeABank Pickleball Championship 2026 was the “Top Four” category, featuring leading players such as Truong Vinh Hien, Nguyen Huu Hung Anh, Nguyen Anh Thang (Anh Chu Pickleball), and Do Minh Quan. The matches went beyond friendly play, underscoring notable progress in skill, strategy, and competitive mindset among athletes in a sport still in its early stages in Vietnam.
“This is truly a special tournament compared to those I’ve participated in before. Beyond promoting the development of pickleball, the tournament also mobilizes financial resources to support underprivileged yet academically motivated children overcoming hardship, while raising funds for environmental protection initiatives,” said athlete Nguyen Anh Thang.
The most distinctive feature of the SeABank Pickleball Championship 2026 lies in its unique format, aligning sports with social and community engagement. The diversity of participants, including SeABank employees, customers, partners, and the broader sports community, created memorable experiences while spreading a strong spirit of humanity and solidarity. At the conclusion of the tournament, contributions from SeABank employees, athletes, and donors reached nearly VND 620 million. This amount was donated to the SeADreams Scholarship Fund and the SeAGreen Sustainable Development Fund to continue supporting 120 underprivileged, academically motivated students nationwide, while advancing environmental protection initiatives and tree-planting efforts.
Integrating environmental and charitable goals into an exciting sporting event underscores SeABank’s strong commitment to sustainable development, centered on the three pillars of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG). This approach not only amplifies the tournament’s impact but also enables athletes and spectators to become part of a broader journey contributing to the sustainable development of the community.
In addition to the enthusiastic participation of athletes, the SeABank Pickleball Championship 2026 also received strong support from sponsors and partners, who played a vital role in the tournament’s success, including BRG Group, Vietnam Airlines, Chu Dau Pottery JSC, Hanoi Trade Corporation (Hapro), Honda Tay Ho, Ruby Tree Golf Villas Hai Phong, Legend Valley Country Club, Joola Pickleball Vietnam, Vinamotor, Thuy Ta Restaurant, Honda Auto Hai Phong, among others. Their support extends beyond organizational resources and scholarships, reflecting a spirit of compassion, sharing, and collective responsibility toward the community. It is the strong partnership with sponsors, customers, and partners that has transformed the SeABank Pickleball Championship 2026 from a sporting event into a meaningful social initiative, where every contribution is translated into tangible values for education and the environment.
