SeABank issues 40 million ESOP shares to recognize employee contributions
SeABank has officially issued 40 million ESOP shares to employees holding management positions in recognition of their significant contributions to the Bank's overall development. The issuance marks the next step in SeABank's plan to increase its charter capital to VND 34.688 trillion, as approved by the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).

SeABank's Total Assets exceed VND 427.1 billion, reinforcing long-term growth foundation

On 18/1/2013 in Hanoi, SeABank was officially ranked 97th in the "Top 500 largest Vietnamese enterprises in 2012" and 27/500 largest Vietnamese private enterprises in 2012.
This is the third consecutive year that SeABank was included in the prestigious VNR500 - "Top 500 biggest enterprises in Vietnam." In 2012, SeABank unceasingly strived to improve and enhance its operation and service quality to be commensurate with the stature and reputation of a prestigious banking brand name in the market, become the first and trustworthy choice of many customers. Thanks to these non-stop endeavors and sustainable growth rate, SeABank was ranked 97/500 largest enterprises in Vietnam and 27/500 largest private enterprises in Vietnam. In comparison with the VNR500 list in 2011, SeABank was up 98 ranks and 20 positions in the 500 enterprises ranking. V1000 list is the prestigious ranking list established by the Vietnam Report JSC (Vietnam Report) along with the Advisory Council including local and international reputable independent experts on the 4-year database from 2008 - 2011 following a strict and independent processing and verification procedure"Top 500 largest Vietnamese enterprises" list is the outcome of independent, scientific research in compliance with the international standards conducted by Vietnam Report along with the Adisory Council including local and international reputable economic experts, led by Prof. John Quelch, former Vice Principal of Harvard Business School. In 2012, VNR500 list was based on a database of Vietnam Report (VNR Biz Database) and the results of the latest survey data on enterprises all over the country as of 31/12/2012.
