SeABank sets record date for 20.5% stock dividend, raising charter capital to VND 34,688 billion
Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) is preparing to issue over 583.8 million shares to pay stock dividend to existing shareholders at a ratio of 20.5%. At the same time, the Bank plans to issue a maximum of 40 million ESOP shares in 2026. Upon completion of both issuances, SeABank's charter capital is expected to increase from VND 28,450 billion to VND 34,688 billion. The dividend payment and charter capital increase to VND 34,688 billion are part of SeABank's strategy to strengthen financial capacity and supplement medium- and long-term funding, in the context of banks accelerating capital adequacy requirements and expanding investment in digital transformation. The plan was approved by the Bank's shareholders at the 2026 Annual General Meeting and has recently received approval from the State Bank of Vietnam and the State Securities Commission.

In the September of 2015, SeABank held opening ceremony of 3 new transaction offices of Ha Tinh, Ho Chi Minh city and Quang Ngai. At the same time, SeABank also opens new office of Thanh Hoa branch (Thanh Hoa city) and Tran Khat Chan transaction office (Hanoi city). On the occasion of opening ceremony, SeABank's transaction offices spend many interesting presents for customers opening savings, money transferring, loan...
New transaction offices of SeABank include Ha Tinh branch (at No. 144B, Tran Phu street, Nguyen Du ward, Ha Tinh city), Tan Thanh branch (at No. 48 Truong Son, Ward 2, Tan Binh district, Ho Chi Minh city) and Truong Quang Trong transaction office (at resident area of 9B, Truong Tho Tay, Truong Quang Trong ward, Quang Ngai city). On the first half of November of 2015, SeABank open the third transaction office at Quang Ngai named SeABank Dong Cat (at the resident area No. 1, Mo Duc town, Mo Duc district, Quang Ngai).

On Semptember of 2015, SeABank held the opening ceremony of Thanh Hoa branch (at No.19 Phan Chu Trinh, Thanh Hoa city) and Tran Khat Chan (No. 270 Tran Khat Chan street, Thanh Nhan ward, Hai Ba Trung district, Hanoi).
Previously, on August of 2015, SeABank opened 3 new transaction offices including Krong Nang (at No. 152 Nguyen Tat Thanh street, Krong Nang town, Krong Nang district, Dak Lak), Pho Yen (at No. 65 Hoang Van Thu street, Thai Nguyen city), Ngo Gia Tu (at No. 487 Ngo Gia Tu street, Thuong Thanh ward, Long Bien district, Hanoi). On the other hand, SeABank moved and opened new offices of two branches of Cau Giay branch (at No. 174 Lac Long Quan street, Buoi ward, Tay Ho district, Hanoi) abd Long Bien branch (at No. 474 Nguyen Van Cu street, Gia Thuy ward, Long Biên district, Hanoi).
