SeABank reduced deposit interest rate by 0.5%/year
Hanoi, April 10, 2026 – In response to the Government's policy, the State Bank of Vietnam in its efforts to reduce the market interest rate to support businesses and people, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) proactively implemented a 0.5%/year reduction in deposit interest rates for terms of 6 months or more. applied to new deposits arising throughout the system from April 10, 2026.

To ensure the quality of services, SeABank applies tight procedure of request management: each request of customer will be committed to be solved in certain time. Each one will be recorded in system and followed via complete procedure: transferring customer’s request to involving department. This automatic control ensure to solve all customer’s problems quickly, improving the quality of SeABank’s services.
