SeABank expand technical support toll to serve customers

SeABank has just put into operation technical support toll 1900 545 581 to solve customers’ feedback professionally and quickly, ensure the happiness of customers when using technological products of SeABank, contribute to improve quality and good impression of SeABank.

Technical support services include:

-          E-Banking service (SeANet, SeAMobile (web, app), SMS, SeACorp)

-          Technical support service involved in ATM, POS, Card transactions.

Using technical toll with top modern technology allows SeABank implement model of multi – functional customer care and use at the same time many functions as: Answering, consulting on  using products and services, receiving and solving errors of transactions via E-banking and Card through hotline: 1900 545 581 or email: hotrokythuat@seabank.com.vn

To ensure the quality of services, SeABank applies tight procedure of request management: each request of customer will be committed to be solved in certain time. Each one will be recorded in system and followed via complete procedure: transferring customer’s request to involving department. Later, that department is responsible to inform Call Center the solution to helo customer in the committed time.

This automatic control ensure to solve all customer’s problems quickly, improving the quality of SeABank’s services.
