SeABank receives the merit of Hanoi People's Committee

On October 13rd, 2015, at the Conference on honoring outstanding businesses and entrepreneurs and launching highlighted month of "Day for the poor" held by Hanoi People's Committee, South East Asia Joint Stock Commercial Bank (SeABank) and Ms. Le Thu Thuy - Vice Standing Chairwoman of BOD of SeABank awarded the flag and merit of outstanding achievement in the emulation movement of corporate section in 2004.

In the past few years, SeABank has made outstanding development in network expansion, credit growth and customer development with 160 transaction offices and over 2,500 employees serving around 550,000 customers across the country. At the same time, SeABank is active to research and successful implement diversified products and services and invest on Information technology system to meet the demand of different individual and corporate customers. Thus, SeABank brand and services made a great development, contributing to maximize the benefits and sastifaction of customers. SeABank' status in banking system is maintained with the positive assessment of State Bank of Vietnam of SeABank's contribution to effective operation of the whole system, opening the new chance for it to continue to develop bigger in the fututre.

SeABank is not only develop business as the orientation of the Government, Hanoi People's Committee but also join in many social activities with the annual donation of billions of VND such as: sponsoring to build Cho Moi - Bac Kan nursery school, presenting 700 blankets, rice, shoes and essential needs for the poor in Bac Kan province, presents and scholarship for poor pulpis at Phan Chu Trinh ward, Hoan Kiem district, Hanoi, donating the Scholarship Fund "Enlighting faith", scholarship for good poor students… Besides, SeABank's employees set up a charity fund named "One Day, One Smile" in order to help orphans, diseased children.

SeABank has been awarded many honorably domestic and international awards for its achievement in business development and social corporate responsibility such as: State Bank's flag for "excellent achievent in emulation movement of banking sector in 2014", “Best core banking system implementation Vietnam 2015” and “Fastest growing SME Bank Vietnam 2015” by Global Banking & Finance Review, “Best Corporate Services Bank Vietnam 2015” by International Financial Magazine, “Trusted Qualified Supplier 2015 - Diamond” by Vietnam Enterprise Institute and Inteconformity Quality Assessment Institute (Germany)… This is a confirmation for SeABank's contribution to socio - economic development and social responsibility.
