SeABank collaborates with Hanoi City Police to promote students’ awareness of digital financial safety
Hanoi, June 3, 2026 – SeABank (HOSE: SSB), in collaboration with the Economic Security Division of the Hanoi City Police, organized the seminar "Preventing cyber fraud in the banking system" at Phenikaa University. The program aimed to equip students, faculty, staff, and employees of the university with the knowledge and skills needed to identify and prevent online fraud, thereby raising awareness of digital financial safety.

In response to the appeals by the Trade Union of the State Bank of Vietnam for supporting “Vietnam’s banks with beloved Truong Sa (Spratly Islands)” movement and aiding people in the Central Region badly affected by recent storm No. 10, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) has donated VND 80 million in order to share difficulties with those people and help to stabilize their lives.
With “love your neighbor as yourself” spirit and in response to the two appeals by the Trade Union of the State Bank of Vietnam, SeABank has donated VND 50 million for people and armed forces in Truong Sa under “Vietnam’s banks with beloved Truong Sa” movement and aided people affected by the storm No. 10 the amount of VND 30 million.
The donations given to fishermen in Truong Sa under “Vietnam’s banks with beloved Truong Sa” movement and people in the Central Region are among various activities of SeABank to actively promote social activities which are considered a commitment attached to the overall development strategy of SeABank. Over many years, SeABank has carried out lots of useful social activities such as: raising scholarship of VND 1 billion by co-organizing a golf tournament; participating in "Lighting the hope" Scholarship Fund, organizing “Citizen Commitment Week 2013” for the Bank’s employees to take care of children in difficult circumsatances in 10 cities, provinces presented with the Bank’s outlets and many other meaningful activities.
