In the evening of 22/5/2013 at the Hanoi Opera House, the Management Board of “Lighting up hopes” scholarship fund along with bandmaster Lê Phi Phi organized a special concert named “Hope Symphony”. The concert expresses the appreciation of “Lighting up hopes” scholarship fund to the philanthropists who have supported and accompanied with the Fund over the years on the occasion of its 6th Anniversary (21/5/2007 - 21/5/2013) and calls for contributions from the community for future generations of the country.In the concert, representative of SeABank presented VND 50 million to the Fund with the wish to support poor fond-of-learning students. Following series of SeABank’s charity and social activities, this event expresses the Bank’s commitment on striving for a better life through financing scholarship funds, children funds, financing kindergarten construction, sponsoring students, giving lifebuoy schoolbags, etc. to children and poor fond-of-learning students. Accordingly, in 2012 SeABank spent more than VND 7 billion in charity & social activities all over the country.

“Lighting up hopes” scholarship fund was established in 2007, with the aim of promoting a beautiful tradition of Vietnamese nation: love your neighbor as yourself, the good leaves protect the worn-out leaves, share joys and sorrows, etc. and lighting up hopes for poor students in studying and life through out the country.
