SeABank hosts ‘Waste for Gifts’ eco-exchange day to promote green lifestyle in Hanoi

Lending rate only from 11.99% p.a.
SeABank has just announced another special preferential credit package for individual borrowers to buy apartments in Berriver Long Bien Project, Hanoi invested by Hanoi Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company No.9 (Hanco 9). Accordingly, all clients applying for loans at SeABank to purchase Berriver Long Bien apartments shall enjoy interest rate of just 11.99% p.a. upwards for the first three months since the disbursement date. Customers can borrow up to 70 per cent of the apartment value with disbursement made right in the first payment and maximum loan tenure of 20 years. SeABank Long Bien Branch has been appointed to serve the program which is running from June 15th to August 10th 2012.
Attractive gifts
In addition, on June 16th 2012 upon opening official sales of N03 Building under Berriver Long Bien Project, Hanco 9 – the investor shall gift 20 Samsung LED 55 inch TV to the first customers who pay deposit of VND 100 million. With the cheap credit package of VND 2,000 billion launched since April 2012 for importers & exporters and the preferential Berriver Long Bien home loans, SeABank undertakes to make effort for easing capital flow into the market, stimulating purchasing power and then boosting the economy.
Berriver Condo Project, located at No. 390 Nguyen Van Cu, Long Bien district, just 3 km away from the Old Quarter of Hanoi, is constructed with five 20 storey buildings, one shopping center and one entertainment area. The representative of Hanco 9 says that transaction contracts have been finalized for the first 120 customers.
