Sheraton Danang held the national party to welcome 21 top leaders of APEC countries

Especially, in APEC 2017, the 6 star hotel Sheraton Đà Nẵng owned by BRG Group was proud to be chosen to hold many important events, especially the national party in the evening of November 10th, 2017 to welcome the 21 nation leaders of APEC. 

APEC is a regional forum that gathered world top economy and is the biggest economic alliance of Asia - Pacific. Its members account for 39% world population, 59% GDP of the world, 48% international trade and 53% of FDI of the world. At the present, 13 of 15 free trade agreements of Vietnam is with 18 members of APEC. 7 members of APEC are listed in the top 10 biggest export markets of Vietnam including USA, China, Korea, Japan, HongKong, Malaysia and Singapore.

With the topic “Creating new dynamism for growth and integration”, APEC 2017 gathered top 21 world ecnomic leaders to discuss about free trade, economic growth and role of APEC towards common challenges of the region. This topic showed APEC members's hope to find "new dynamism" for growth and integration of Asia - Pacific and towards the longterm goad of developing regional peace and prospertiy.  

Sheraton Danang project was inaugurated in March 2015. This is a 6 star international standard hotel complex with the total area of 11.5 ha and 258 suites, 45 villas and other supporting items such as: convention, restaurant and other services...with 200m facade in Trường Sa road (Ngũ Hành Sơn district, Danang).

The feature of this complex is 2 storey convention with total area of 3,200 m2 for each and the area of Ballroom is up to 1,400 m2 that can hold 1,000 people. This is also the place to take place the Gala Dinner for 21 leaders of 21 countries and territories and 800 other delegates of APEC 2017. Besides, Sheraton Danang also has the longest swimming pool of Vietnam with 250m long.

With the importance  of the project, Sheraton Danang was appriciated as the key one of Vietnam. Thus, BRG Group concentrated all human and material resources to meet the project speed. To build an outstanding international standard architecture, tens of famous international design consultants were invited to Vietnam to take part in BRG's project such as: DPA architectural design and VNCC, mechanical and electrical design Aurecon, landscape design GCH, lighting design The Light Box, firefighting design Jensen Hughes, audio - visual design ihD Ltd, swimming pool design Aqua Works and Hitachi and other consultants.

Tpgether with endless efforts to work for the proud of the country and talented and handful engineers, Sheraton Danang was finished with the spenlid beauty to welcome all friends to take part in this international event.

On basis of strategic cooperation with BRG Group, SeABank provided a full financial package for Sheraton Danang including: ATM, POS, domestic and international payment, foreign exchange. On the other hand, at the hall of hotel, SeABank installed a foreign exchange stall and ATM to serve APEC and another ATM at Press Center and Danang International Airport.
