SeABank launches the annual charity run, SeABank Run For The Future, to raise funds for charity and promote environmental conservation

The annual community running event, SeABank Run For The Future (SeARun), was officially launched by SeABank in 2018 through both direct and online forms to provide a platform for sports training and award scholarships to underprivileged, studious children. Over 5 years, more than 140,000 athletes from all provinces and cities in Vietnam have participated, running a total distance of over 4 million kilometres in the SeABank Run For The Future community running event. In four seasons, SeABank Run For The Future has awarded nearly 100 scholarships worth nearly 9.2 billion VND to disadvantaged students nationwide.

 

This year, SeARun 2023 will be held from May 17 to September 10, 2023, in an online format through the UpRace application. Registration is free for all running enthusiasts. The event consists of three stages, each lasting 29 days: Stage 1 - Be Victorious (May 17 - June 14, 2023), Stage 2 - Let's go Green (July 1 - July 29, 2023) to plant 25,000 trees, and Stage 3 - Run for the Future (August 13 - September 10, 2023).

 

 

For every kilometre run, participants will earn 1,000 VND, which will be converted into donations to the "SeAGreen" environmental charity fund for planting 25,000 trees and providing lifelong scholarships to 10 underprivileged, academically gifted students through the "Ươm mầm ước mơ" Fund. These small but meaningful actions reflect SeABank's desire to join sponsors, benefactors, and running enthusiasts in spreading positive values to the community and working towards sustainable development.

 

Compared to the highest average team performance, the top 3 teams with the highest total in previous years, this year's prize structure includes multiple categories with attractive rewards for outstanding team achievements, such as achievements, and top 3 teams to complete challenges early, among others.

 

Notably, the team with the highest total achievements will receive the Victorians Award worth 40 million VND. In addition to team awards, there are also individual awards, such as the top 6 participants with the most valid activities and the top 50 male/female participants with the highest average performance invalid activities. SeARun 2023 also features various sideline activities to further inspire and uplift the spirit of participants. The total value of the program implementation is nearly 2 billion VND (detailed information about the run and regulations can be found on the website www.seabank.com.vn).

 

To participate in the SeABank Run For The Future 2023 (SeARun), please follow the instructions below:

Download the #Uprace app from the App Store/Play Store (the app allows you to directly record your achievements through the app or connect with Strava, Gamin).

Register for a personal account.

Go to the Community section - Events tab - Search for #SeARun 2023 and join the following stages:

Stage 1 (May 17 - June 16): SeARun 2023 [SS1] - Be Victorious

Stage 2 (July 1 - July 29): SeARun 2023 [SS2] - Let's Go Green

Stage 3 (August 13 - September 10): SeARun 2023 [SS3] - Run for the Future

Choose to join an existing team or create a team for yourself and your friends (minimum 20 people per team). Everyone can register to participate without limitations.
