Dual achievement in the journey of creating sustainable values
Through continuous investment in developing human resource, competitive compensation policies, and a corporate culture of engagement, SeABank has become the leading bank in the mid-sized enterprise category and ranked 61st among the Top 100 Best Places to Work (mid-sized enterprises) in the Best Places to Work in Vietnam 2025 (Anphabe). The results are based on an independent survey of more than 73,000 respondents across over 650 companies nationwide.

In parallel, as the pioneer bank committed to advancing gender equality and fostering a fair, inclusive working and business environment, empowering female employees, female customers, and women-owned enterprises, SeABank was among three Vietnamese representatives honored at the ESG Business Awards 2025. Notably, SeABank was the only financial - banking institution to win the Gender Equality & Women Empowerment Award – Vietnam. Organized by leading Asian financial publications ESG Business and Asian Banking & Finance, the award honors organizations at the forefront of shaping sustainable future. Evaluation criteria focus on innovation, effectiveness, social impacts, and strong practical applicability across Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) dimensions.
Being honored with two prestigious domestic and international awards not only reaffirms SeABank’s position on its sustainable development journey, but also serves as a strong motivation for the Bank to further advance people-centric initiatives, enhance the quality of its working environment, and expand inclusive financial solutions, thereby contributing to create a more equal and prosperous society.
Commited to “Putting people and communities first”
Identifying people as the core of sustainable growth, SeABank has been building a respectful, inclusive, and equitable working environment supported by a transparent human resources policies, competitive remuneration, and clear career development pathways - standardized under the advisory of international HR consulting partner Mercer–Talentnet. Notably, the Bank actively promotes employee potential and encourages women’s participation in leadership, thereby achieving gender balance across all management levels, with women accounting for 48% of managerial positions; 51% of senior management (Level 1); and 50% of the Board of Directors.
With the ambition to become a leading bank in organizational culture, SeABank has fostered a cohesive and people-centered corporate culture. A wide range of internal engagement initiatives has been carried out to strengthen bonds and collective spirit, from sports events, online minigames, competitions for employees and their families, to festive gifts and interactive activities across internal communication channels. As a result of an ideal working environment, 90.37% of employees report satisfaction working at SeABank, while 90.5% plan to remain with the Bank for at least the next two years.
The spirit of sharing “for the community” also stands out as a defining pillar of SeABank’s corporate culture, reflected through a wide range of meaningful programs implemented since 2010, with a total value of nearly VND250 billion. To advance financial inclusion and strengthen women’s economic empowerment, SeABank places strong emphasis on female customers and women-owned businesses. A notable initiative is SeAWomen, a dedicated financial product for members of the Vietnam Women’s Union, offering unsecured loans of up to VND100 million, a term of up to 48 months, simplified procedures, and no prepayment fees. As of the end of 2024, the product had attracted more than 21,000 customers, with outstanding loans reaching VND 1,087 billion. In parallel, SeABank provides a range of tailored financial solutions for women-owned enterprises, including unsecured overdraft of up to VND5 billion, unsecured Visa Corporate cards of up to VND200 million, and preferential credit policies that enable fast and flexible access to capital. Notably, the SeAPower women entrepreneurs club offers a comprehensive ecosystem encompassing training, networking, digital transformation, and healthcare support, contributing to a 140% increase in the number of women-owned business customers and a 115% growth in outstanding loans as of the end of June 2025.
