On the date of July 19th 2010 in Vinh City, Nghệ An Province, SeABank officially launched its first branch in the Northern Central region, namely SeABank Nghệ An.

The opening ceremony witnessed the attendance of Mr. Hồ Đức Phớc – Deputy Chairman of Nghệ An Provincial People’s Committee, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Thu Thu – Deputy Director of Nghệ An Branch of the State Bank of Vietnam, Ms. Nguyễn Thị Hương Giang – Deputy General Director of SeABank, as well as distinguished guests, fellow bank representatives and a variety of clients.
