With the desire to long-term accompany disadvantaged students on their journey to conquer knowledge, SeADreams Foundation – Nurturing Dreams is currently supporting them in many provinces and cities across the country through the Study Promotion Scholarship and Startup Scholarship program.
The list below is updated periodically to provide transparency about the students receiving support from the Foundation, and to provide a basis for units, donors, and the community to follow their growth journeys.

June 30, 2026 - At the Conference on Reviewing the 2025 “All People Protecting National Security” Movement organized by the Ministry of Public Security, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) was honored with a Certificate of Merit for its outstanding achievements in the 2025 movement. In addition, the Economic Security Department - Ministry of Public Security awarded individual Certificates of Merit to three SeABank leaders for their contributions to the movement.
