From simple things, cultivating a summer of love
A concrete road to school at Suoi Cuoc school site (Muong Coi commune, Son La province), more than 400 meals for highland students in Lao Cai, Son La and many other support activities are part of the "SeABankers For Children" program in 2026 with the theme "Summer of Love" of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) deployed in 12 provinces and cities. From Son La, Lao Cai to many other localities, the program brings activities to support learning, living and caring for children during the summer.

Together with Vietnam Investment Review, SeABank co-organize the golf tournament of "Swing for the kids 2016" in April 2015 with the total value of VND 400 million. This golf tournament is held by Vietnam Investment Review, courtesy of the Ministry of Planning and Investment’ Foreign Investment Agency in order to support underprivileged students, repairing schools in many rural and remote areas of Vietnam.

This golf tournament has been held nine years and become the creditable charity event, connecting many investors, domestic and foreign businessmen, foreign affair agencies and international organizations. This year, there are nearly 150 golfers including diplomats, domestic and foreign businessmen that join in the tournament and contribute to develop Vietnamese talents.
Afer 9 years, the scholarship fund named "For Vietnamese kids" has granted over 12,000 scholarships worth up to VND10.5 billion ($481,650), to tens of thousands of students in 40 cities and provinces across the country. These scholarships has supported the spirit of underpriviledged students, especially those in rural and remote areas and islands, highlands and mountain areas.
Being the co-organizers of this tournament, SeABank hopes to share with these students, helping them to overcome difficulties and pursuit the study. Parallel with business development, SeABank always join in social activities for community. Recently, SeABank has granted the award of “Best CSR Bank Vietnam 2016” by Global Banking & Finance Review (UK) and "Best Bank for CSR and Community Development 2016” by Ministry of Planning and Investment. These are creditable awards to recognize SeABank's contribution to socio-economic development of Vietnam.
