SeABank adjusts Senior Management to accelerate transformation toward Retail Banking business model
Hanoi, January 27, 2026 – The Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) has issued a Resolution regarding changes in senior management personnel, aiming to allocate resources to key strategic projects. Accordingly, Mr. Le Thanh Hai will step down from his role as Deputy CEO to officially assume the position of Head of the Transformation Committee. The establishment of the Transformation Committee, under the leadership of an experienced senior personnel, affirms SeABank’s determination to restructure its business model and meet increasingly stringent sustainable development (ESG) requirements in the new era. In October, 2008, Southeast Asia Commercial Bank- SeABank plans to open 13 transaction points in such provinces as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Hai Duong, Khanh Hoa, Ba Ria- Vung Tau and Ca mau, aiming to own 85 transaction points at the end of 2008.
In Ho Chi Minh City, SeABank shall open 5 transaction points, including SeABank Binh Tan (located in 463 Kinh Duong Vuong, Binh Tan District); SeABank Truong Chinh (located in 814-814B Truong Chinh, 15 District); SeABank Hoa Binh (182 Hoa Binh, Tan Phu District); SeABank Khanh Hoi (237 Khanh Hoi, 4 District) and SeABank Tung Thien Vuong (311 Tung Thien Vuong, 8 District). These transaction points make SeABank’s network in Ho Chi Minh City up to 18.
In Hanoi, SeABank’s network reaches 21 points of transaction with the opening of 4 new ones: SeABank Ho Guom (89 Dinh Tien Hoang, Hoan Kiem District), SeABank Ho Hoan Kiem (64 Luong Van Can, Hoan Kiem District) and two more transaction points in 116 Nguyen An Ninh, Hai Ba Trung District and 31 Chua Lang, Dong Da District
In Khanh Hoa, SeABank open the third transaction point, namely SeABank Le Hong Phong (272 Le Hong Phong, Phuoc Hai Ward, Nha Trang City). In Hai Duong, SeABank brings its second transaction points into operation, namely SeABank Nguyen Luong Bang (93C Nguyen Luong Bang, Hai Duong City)
On October 2, SeABank has opened a transaction point named SeABank Cang Cat Lo (1007/34 30-4 Street, 11 Ward, Vung Tau City). Together with SeABank Vung Tau and SeABank Ba Ria, SeABank Cang Cat Lo make SeABank’s network in Ba Ria- Vung Tau up to 3.
SeABank has been cealessly developed its network, including new areas. Being aware of the importance of The Mekong River Delta, SeABank shall open Ca Mau Branch, addressed in 96- 96A Ngo Quyen, Ca Mau City. This is the first branch of SeABank in Ca Mau, with aim to provide customers with the high quality and safe products
