On May 15, 2008, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank- SeABank officially opened a new branch in Can Tho, located in 112A Tran Van Kheo, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City. This is the first branch of SeABank in The Mekong River Delta. On the occasion of opening, SeABank issues ATM card named S24+ free of charge for customers doing transactions. SeABank also give VND 10 million to Charity Fund of Can Tho Newspaper.

Therefore, this is the potential market for financial banking operation. Opening Can Tho branch has marked an expansion of SeABank and started the development in Can Tho as well as in the Mekong River Delta. SeABank hopes to provide customers with diversified banking products, professional and high quality services and other benefits” said Mr. Nguyen Manh Quan- SeABank’s Vice General Director in charge of Southern area.
