Pursuant to Circular No. 17/2024/TT-NHNN and Circular No. 18/2024/TT-NHNN issued by the State Bank of Vietnam regulating banking card operations and transactions, customers will not be able to perform transactions if they have not completed BIOMETRIC AUTHENTICATION or if their identification documents have expired.

On May 15, 2008, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank- SeABank officially opened a new branch in Can Tho, located in 112A Tran Van Kheo, Ninh Kieu District, Can Tho City. This is the first branch of SeABank in The Mekong River Delta. On the occasion of opening, SeABank issues ATM card named S24+ free of charge for customers doing transactions. SeABank also give VND 10 million to Charity Fund of Can Tho Newspaper.
“With favorable conditions in terms of geography, road, river and air traffic together with active economic and social policies, Can Thi is now the centre of economics, finance, trade, tourism… of the Mekong River Delta. Therefore, this is the potential market for financial banking operation. Opening Can Tho branch has marked an expansion of SeABank and started the development in Can Tho as well as in the Mekong River Delta.
