SeABank officially launches product of "Financial guarantee for owner when selling, hiring for future buildings" for enterprises that are owners of real estate projects building in the future. On the occasion of launching new product, SeABank reduce 50% of guarantee publishing fee, promotion of interest rate of and many fee exemption for enterprises.

With the product of "Financial guarantee for owner when selling, hiring future buildings", SeABank commits to refund all the advance payments and others as said in the contract of selling, hiring future buildings for buyers, hirer in case of owners can not hand over the appartments as committed time if the buyers request.
