On March 12th 2013 in Bac Kan - In order to support investment and poverty reduction in North Eastern provinces and in response to the call of the Ha Noi People's Committee - the investment cooperation unit between Hanoi City and Bac Kan province, South East Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank - SeABank and the People's Committee of Cho Moi District - Bac Kan, has officially signed a Contract to finance the construction of Cho Moi Town Kindergarten, Cho Moi District, Bac Kan province in accordance with national standards with the total value of VND 5 billion.

Cho Moi Town Kindergarten financed by SeABank has a total investment budget of VND 5 billion and will be built under national standards, including a two-story building, the total building area is 1,019 m2 with 5 classrooms, 5 bedrooms, 5 toilets, kitchen, dining room, warehouse to serve demands of learning, taking rest, eating, administrative tasks, etc.
SeABank is one of 4 large enterprises being in the development cooperation Conference between Bac Kan province and Hanoi held in 2012. SeABank finds that although Bac Kan is a province with difficulties, it has great potentials for investment. Following social activities which have been implemented in recent years with the total budget of nearly VND 10 billion, SeABank is striving to expand and promote meaningful social activities, create the image of a modern, dynamic and responsible retail bank as well as help to better promote the local potential, strength, practically contribute to the further social-economic development of the country. |
