On March 12th 2013 in Bac Kan - In order to support investment and poverty reduction in North Eastern provinces and in response to the call of the Ha Noi People's Committee - the investment cooperation unit between Hanoi City and Bac Kan province, South East Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank - SeABank and the People's Committee of Cho Moi District - Bac Kan, has officially signed a Contract to finance the construction of Cho Moi Town Kindergarten, Cho Moi District, Bac Kan province in accordance with national standards with the total value of VND 5 billion.

Cho Moi Town Kindergarten financed by SeABank has a total investment budget of VND 5 billion and will be built under national standards, including a two-story building, the total building area is 1,019 m2 with 5 classrooms, 5 bedrooms, 5 toilets, kitchen, dining room, warehouse to serve demands of learning, taking rest, eating, administrative tasks, etc.
SeABank is one of 4 large enterprises being in the development cooperation Conference between Bac Kan province and Hanoi held in 2012. SeABank finds that although Bac Kan is a province with difficulties, it has great potentials for investment.
