SeABank successfully held premilinary conference of first half of 2015

In July 2015, SeABank successfully held the premilinary conference of the first half of 2015 in 3 regions of Vietnam. This occassion is to check over the achievements of the six past months and review the business plan for the second half of the year to finish the business targets. 2015 is the first year that premilinary conference was held in 3 regions of Vietnam. The Central was the first region which held the conference in July 11th and 12th in Da Nang city. After that, the Southern conference was held in July 16th, 17th and 18th in Ho Chi Minh city and the North in July 23rd, 24th and 25th in Hanoi. Vice Standing chairwoman of SeABank, Ms. Le Thu Thuy, all members of Board of directors, directors of all departments of head office and regional and branches directors took part in the conference.

Differentiating from the previous years, the conference was held in 3 different areas and presentations were designed scientifically, creatively, focusing on analyzing, listening and solving problems of each area. Thus, content of conference was appreciatedly closer to branch's business operation.

Through reports of each branch and discussion on the problems many branches concerning about such as: customer development, credit appraisal, network development… branches and Main Office shared and discussed about situation. Thus, they could find the appropriate solutions for the second half of 2015. On the other hand, regional directors contributed and shared the experience as well as difference in business operation in different areas.

In her conclusion speech, Ms. Le Thu Thuy highly appreciated the efforts of business units in completing business targets through launching services and products to meet the demand of customers. Besides, with the detailed orientation from the leaders, Vice Standing Chairwoman believed that business units could finished all targets of 2015 set by  General Shareholders Meeting, ensuring safe, effective operation and sustainable development, making the base for the next years.

At the conference, Leaders of SeABank awarded prizes for the excellent staff and team in the first 6 months of 2015. These prizes were not only the happiness and honor of each employee and unit but also the encouragement for all staff to try and help SeABank develop more.

A noteworthy operation of conference was side exchange activities which were diversified and cultural distinction. With the outstanding and meaningful shows, interesting exchange activities, Gala Dinner in 3 areas were really good chances for tighten the solidarity and brought up determination to succeed.
