SeABank honored awards by Western Union Indochina

Southeast Asia Joint Stock Commercial Bank – SeABank has been presented “Best Agent in Synergy - Operations” and “Best Agent in offering multi-products/channels” award by Western Union Indochina thanks to excellent Western Union achievements in 2012.

These are annual awards granted by Western Union Indochina in order to recognize excellent achievements of regional Agents. To be honored with these awards, SeABank has fully met strict criteria in terms of revenue, training activity, operational productivity, automation ratio and successful launch of multi-products/channels of Western Union in 2012.

In April 2012, SeABank, among a few banks, became a main Agent of Western Union in Vietnam. After more than 1 year since the main Agent contract signing, SeABank has provided customers with international money transfer with best service quality, quick procedure, safety and convenience. Besides, the Bank frequently launches lots of preferential programs for Western Union customers offering meaningful gifts such as “Welcome Summer, receive thousands of gifts”, “Main Agent, attractive gifts delivery”, “Double privileges”,…

Currently, on the occasion of launching “Western Union money receive via account” allowing customers to receive money from overseas at any time, any where via internet banking service SeANet, SeABank is implementing “More Utilities, Thousands of Joys” promotion campaign. Accordingly, customers using Western Union service through SeABank account shall be free from account opening fee, via-account-forex-transaction fees and entitled to VND 500,000 bonus upon first 10 successful Western Union transactions. This service provided by SeABank brings lots of utilities to customers who have demand of frequent receipt of money from overseas without visiting the Bank’s outlet or working hours of the banking system.
