SeABank and General Department of Taxation signed an agreement on implementing online tax payment

According to the agreement, GDT and SeABank will cooperate to build, operate system of online tax payment service. This service use digital signature to confirm the legality of data of tax payers. Besides, the two parties also agree on building regulations and procedures to coordinate between GDT – Bank – Tax payers, building IT application system as well as propaganda, education on online tax payment service, coordinating, implementing, maintaining, operating and supporting services.

With this service, tax payers can pay tax anytime, anywhere and follow the situation of paying state budget through their own accounts and use other value added services of the bank. By this way, online tax payment service can contribute to innovate tax administration thus develop online society and government of Vietnam.

 

With the modern basis of IT system and being pioneer in applying science and technology achievements on business to enhance competitiveness and supply qualified products and services thus build sustainable trademark, contributing to country’s social and economic development, SeABank was awarded many domestic and international technological prizes such as: “Best bank of cloud computing application 2013” by the Asian Banker, “Golden cup of Top ten Vietnamese trademark – Science and Technology application” by Association of Science and Technology of Vietnam, “Perfect service” for online banking service by Association of Standard and Consumer Protection, Consumer Newspaper and customer’s voting. Thus, SeABank was choosen by GDT to cooperate to implement online tax payment.
