This will be conducted in two phases: the first from October 10, 2025, to October 24, 2025, and the second from October 25, 2025, to November 8, 2025. Customers can easily and conveniently confirm their tickets through the SeAMobile app.
A key highlight of the program is its 8 diverse participation options, designed to meet various financial needs while allowing customers to experience SeABank’s innovative products. At the same time, it enhances the opportunity to win tickets, with no limit on the number of tickets each customer can receive.
❖ Ticket Guide to the Live Concert “See The Light – Tri Am and the Light”
Program 1 – Complimentary tickets for Term-deposit customers: Customers with an net incremental term deposit balance of VND 1 billion, VND 5 billion, and VND 8 billion or more will receive corresponding ticket tiers GA, SVIP, and SeASoul Lounge.
Program 2 – Complimentary tickets for Cardholders: Customers who open a new Visa SeASoul 2in1 card and make eligible spending of VND 5 million or more will receive a Deluxe ticket. In addition, customers who refer friends to open a SeABank card will receive GA tickets. Furthermore, 1,000 free tickets will be awarded to customers with the fastest and highest spending in each qualifying period, in accordance with SeABank’s program terms.
Program 3 – Complimentary tickets for Bancassurance customers: Customers who purchase Prudential life insurance or non-life insurance products in accordance with SeABank’s regulations will receive Deluxe tickets.
Program 4 - Complimentary tickets for Loan customers: Depending on the disbursed amount, customers will receive corresponding ticket tiers GA, VVIP, or SVIP. A total of 1,500 tickets are allocated for customers of this program.
Program 5 – Complimentary tickets for Customers purchasing VIP Lucky Account Numbers: 200 customers who purchase VIP lucky account numbers with a fee of VND 5 million or more will receive Deluxe tickets.
Program 6 – Earn hearts, redeem tickets: Customers can earn tickets by completing missions on the SeAMobile app to collect “hearts” and redeem them for concert tickets. With 150 to 400 hearts, customers can receive corresponding ticket tiers GA, Deluxe, or VVIP.
