Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank) respectfully extends its greetings and gratitude to our valued customers for their continued trust, support, and use of SeABank's products and services over the past time.
In order to improve service quality and optimize customer experience, SeABank would like to announce that it will conduct a periodic upgrade of its Card system during the following periods:
1. Expected time:
• Phase 1: From 00:00 to 05:00 on December 20, 2025
• Phase 2: From 00:00 to 02:00 on December 21, 2025
2. Services temporarily interrupted during the upgrade:
• Card transactions on channels: ATM, POS, NAPAS, VISA, MASTER, and online payment transactions (E-commerce).
• Card management and usage functions on e-banking, including: Card information lookup; Lock/unlock cards; change transaction limits; renew cards; set PINs; activate cards; pay credit card balances; view card statements; transfer money via card number; register for credit card installments; issue cards online, etc., applicable on the following channels: SeANet Retail, SeANet Corporate, SeAMobile, SeAMobile Biz.
SeABank kindly requests that customers take note and limit transactions during the above period to avoid unwanted disruptions. We appreciate your understanding and continued support.
