SeABank issues 40 million ESOP shares to recognize employee contributions
SeABank has officially issued 40 million ESOP shares to employees holding management positions in recognition of their significant contributions to the Bank's overall development. The issuance marks the next step in SeABank's plan to increase its charter capital to VND 34.688 trillion, as approved by the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) and the State Bank of Vietnam (SBV).

Within the framework of the 31st ASEAN Inter-Parliamentary Assembly (AIPA-31) in Hanoi, King’s Island International Golf Course (also called as Dong Mo Golf course – the first 36-hole golf course in the North, one of the oldest golf courses in Vietnam and known as one of the most beautiful golf courses in Southeast Asia and SeABank – a prominent retail bank, one of the 7 biggest CJS banks in the respect of charter capital in Vietnam, honorably provided entire sponsorship to AIPA-31 Friendship Golf Tournament in King’s Island International Golf Course on September 23rd 2010.
The tournament witnessed the participation of 50 golfers who are high-level delegates of AIPA-31, including Mr Heng Samrim - Cambodian National Assembly President, Mr. Tran Du Lich and Tran Van - Vietnam National Assembly delegates and a variety of representatives from Parliaments and Assemblies of nations attending the conference.
AIPA-31 golf tournament, presided by the Office of Vietnam National Assembly, is held to enhance friendship and exchanges among participants of the AIPA-31 General Assembly and leave good impressions and images of the country, Assembly and people of Vietnam - the host of the conference on delegates.
AIPA-31 General Assembly hosted by Vietnam in Hanoi from 20th – 25th Sep. 2010 will be presented with the participation of 19 delegations, including 9 delegations of AIPA member parliaments; a delegation of the special observer, Myanmar; 7 MP delegations of countries and observer organizations. General Assembly AIPA-31’s meetings will discuss how to strengthen coordination between AIPA and ASEAN to fortify intra connection and intensify cooperation and dialogues among countries; continue to set out measures to improve the performance of AIPA in the future.
