SeABank adjusts Senior Management to accelerate transformation toward Retail Banking business model
Hanoi, January 27, 2026 – The Board of Directors of Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) has issued a Resolution regarding changes in senior management personnel, aiming to allocate resources to key strategic projects. Accordingly, Mr. Le Thanh Hai will step down from his role as Deputy CEO to officially assume the position of Head of the Transformation Committee. The establishment of the Transformation Committee, under the leadership of an experienced senior personnel, affirms SeABank’s determination to restructure its business model and meet increasingly stringent sustainable development (ESG) requirements in the new era. This move also aligns with the Bank’s roadmap towards its goal of becoming the most favored retail bank in Vietnam.

In order to join hands with the Government to implement Covid-19 prevention activities, from August 16 to October 31, 2021, with each transaction such as money transfer to other systems, online savings, bill payment, top-up Money, Topup ... of customers on SeAMobile/SeANet digital bank, Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank - stock code SSB) will contribute 1,000 VND to the Government's Covid-19 vaccine fund.
The Covid-19 pandemic is developing complicatedly, affecting the economy in general and people in particular. Accordingly, the Government has established the Covid-19 Vaccine Fund to mobilize and receive domestic and foreign resources for the purchase and import of vaccines and research and production of vaccines in the country to vaccinate people.
In order to join hands with the Government, from 16/08 to 31/10/2021 SeABank implements the program "SeABank and customers join hands to fight the Covid-19 pandemic", with each money transfer transaction being different from the system, saving online, bill payment, recharge, topup... of customers on SeAMobile/SeANet, the Bank will contribute 1,000 VND to the Government's Covid-19 vaccine fund.
