Southeast Asia Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SeABank, HOSE: SSB) has been honored for the 5th consecutive year with The BIZZ Award for Business Excellence by the World Confederation of Businesses (Worldcob). At the same time, the Bank received 3 prestigious awards from the reputable international financial magazine The European, recognizing its excellence in Sustainable Governance, Risk Management, and Digital Banking. These recognitions highlighted SeABank’s ongoing efforts in technological investment and innovation, aimed at enhancing its product and service quality, strengthening governance, and driving effective, sustainable, and responsible business growth.
The BIZZ Award is organized annually by the Worldcob (USA) to honor outstanding individuals and organizations across over 130 countries for theirs contributions to the local and global economic growth. This is one of the most prestigious honors with rigorous criteria covering business performance, leadership, product and service quality, management systems, innovation, and social contributions.
By fully meeting these criteria, SeABank, for the 5th consecutive time, has been honored as the outstanding enterprise to represent Vietnam at The BIZZ. Notably, SeABank’s honor has been elevated to “The Glory Award” - a distinguished milestone for businesses demonstrating comprehensive development and receiving consistent recognition over the years.

In addition, SeABank’s international position has been further reinforced by receiving the Global Banking and Finance Awards 2025 by The European magazine (UK) - one of Europe’s leading publications specializing in business and politics. The award recognizes enterprises that have made outstanding advancements in business operations, innovative products and services, workplace environment, and effective marketing strategies, thereby strengthening competitive position delivering exceptional performance that contributes to economic growth amid global challenges.
After undergoing a rigorous evaluation by a panel of 500 entrepreneurs, experts, and industry leaders, SeABank was honored in 3 categories: Excellence in Sustainable Corporate Governance – Vietnam 2025; Leading Edge in Risk Management – Bank of the Year 2025; Best e-banking & Mobile banking Champion – Vietnam 2025. These awards reflect The European’s strong recognition for SeABank’s outstanding business performance, innovation, and success in applying advanced technology to build a modern digital banking platform, along with its strategic focus on sustainable governance and effective risk mitigation.
Previously, SeABank had also been recognized multiple times by The European magazine across various categories, including: Innovative Digital Bank of the Year 2020; Most Inspirational CEO of the Year 2021; Best Retail Bank in Vietnam 2022; The Risk Management Bank of the Year – Vietnam 2024.

With approval from the State Bank of Vietnam, SeABank (HOSE: SSB) has officially completed its charter capital increase to VND 34,288 billion. The additional capital is expected to strengthen the Bank's market competitiveness, improve its safety ratios, and expand its growth capacity.
